Thanks for your kind note. The Cinderella log line is a tricky one because the prince is the active character, despite Cinderella being the title character. For sure the dysfunctional family aspect is important, but to describe the film that way in Hollywood would be bizarre, unless it was a reimagining of the original story. Log lines are inherently reductionist so choices of emphasis have to be made!
